Sydney Swans star midfielder Kieren Jack should be the focus of playing game 200 this weekend against the Cats, however, his parents seem to be making it all about themselves.
Earlier in the week, Jack's mother tweeted that she was disappointed that Kieren didn't want his parents at the game due to a family feud surrounding Kieren's girlfriend, making the matter public.
Furthermore, Jack's father Garry, a rugby league great, seemed to make a mockery of the situation by tweeting Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull.
Jack spoke this morning at a press conference where he said he was disappointed that the matter had become public, but says his main focus is to come away with a win against the Cats on Friday night.
@TurnbullMalcolm well I bet your glad I took the front page of telegraph today.— Garry Jack (@jimmyjack244) July 5, 2016
"It hasn't been nice, I have been disappointed that the situation has been put in the public eye," Kieren said at this morning's presser.
I can't fathom why Garry and Donna Jack would air their family feud over Twitter? You are asking to be put on the front page?— Ryan Fitzgerald (@FitzySA) July 6, 2016
"Family issues happen and the way to deal with it is in a private matter.
"My priorities of support are with my partner and little brother."
